To engrave the birth record frames, please include the following fields:

1. Name
2. Date of Birth
3. Time of Birth (include AM or PM)
4. Weight (pounds and ounces)

Boys’ names will be engraved in a print/block font and girls’ names in a script/cursive font unless specified otherwise on your order.
