Lead-free Pewter Sheet Metal

This lead-free pewter sheet metal is pre-cut into circles that are specially formulated to be easily workable and ductile. They’re perfect for craftsmen and hobbyists to use in production processes like stamping, forming, spinning, laser cutting/engraving, soldering, water jet, and CNC machining. Our proprietary casting and rolling process minimizes impurities and porosity, reducing polishing time and scrap percentage.

NOTE: This alloy is not meant to be used as rubber mold casting material. It has a relatively high melting point around 650F which will decrease the life of rubber molds. For casting pewter, please see our page on casting ingots.

These blanks are made from the following alloy:

• 92% Sn (tin)
• 7% Sb (antimony)
• 1% Cu (Copper)

All of our pewter is lead free below 100ppm. This is certified as safe for both food-grade and baby-grade products.
