Shipping Cost and Carriers

• Free shipping on all retail orders over $25 within the contiguous United States.
• All orders ship UPS ground or USPS. Let us know if you want us to ship on your account.

Handling Time

We do not typically carry finished products because many of our items are made to order, but depending on the product we may have some in stock. If we do have products in stock, they will ship within one business day.

If we do not have the product in stock or it needs custom modifications, handling time will vary.

• For our off-the-shelf products, handling time is typically within 10 business days.
• For custom products, handling time will vary depending on the specific work.
• Custom castings and design work can take up to several months to complete depending on complexity.
